Deep Tech

Venture capital, and with it the demand for skilled people, has been shifting steadily out of conventional software and into deep tech: space, defence, robotics, quantum, biotech, clean energy, cybersecurity, and advanced materials. These industries are growing fast, and they share a single bottleneck. They cannot find people with the right skills.

Meanwhile, thousands of brilliant software engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and technical people assume these industries are closed to them, because they do not have a 'deep tech background'. Both sides are wrong about each other. The talent exists. The bridge does not. So we set out to build it. Not another library of pre-recorded videos, but live, cohort-based courses taught by the people actually working at the frontier. Practitioners, not career educators. People who do the work, teaching others how to do it too.

That is what Deep Tech Education is: a place where the world's best practitioners teach the world's hardest subjects, and where capable people discover that the frontier is far more open to them than they ever realised.
