The Space Enterprise Lab at NETPark, a hub established within the North East Satellite Applications Centre of Excellence, brings world-class space innovation right to your doorstep. Operated in partnership with Business Durham and supported by the Satellite Applications Catapult and the UK Space Agency, SEL NETPark equips space-focused SMEs, researchers, and academic collaborators with advanced technology—including VR headsets, interactive touchscreens, virtual whiteboards, and high‑quality video conferencing—for hosting hybrid meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and immersive innovation sessions - all free of charge.

As part of the UK‑wide network of SELs, this strategic location not only amplifies regional growth and interconnectivity across the national space ecosystem but also enhances opportunity development, partnership building and project momentum from the heart of the North East.
