With the second most active and capital-intensive Venture Capital market in the world, and £22 billion of venture capital deployed in 2022, the UK is the perfect place for these businesses to grow through investment. Tyneside is part of this story – and in 2020 was the ninth fastest growing region for scaleup activity in the UK.
