November Cascade and Network

Join Space North East England for our November Space Cascade, bringing together businesses and organisations from across the region’s growing space sector.

The theme of this month's meeting will be funding and support:

We will be joined by Dr. Derek Dixon, Associate Head of School for Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Sunderland who will give an over view of the support and facilities available to businesses at the University. If you haven't visited the Uni then I would heartily recommend listening to what Derek has to say.

Next up we have Dr Ramona Marfievici who is the Principal IoT Engineer at Digital Catapult. At Digital Catapult, Ramona leads activities that help organisation adopt and commercialise deep technologies. These include:

• Translating research into practical prototypes and demonstrators

• Developing IoT testbeds and pilot projects
