ESA Workshop on UK Industrial Participation

This workshop, being offered by UK Space Agency with the support of European Space Agency (ESA) colleagues, is intended to cover the critical concerns around UK industrial participation in ESA programmes. The day will be presented in two distinct parts, with the morning sessions covering ESA regulations, including legal frameworks, IP protection rules, contractual concerns, and bidding procedures. The afternoon will transition to presentations about what to expect from the ESA in after the upcoming Council of Ministers 25, which will set the baseline for the UK’s investment in ESA for the next 3 year cycle. There will also be presentations from a few of the ESA programme areas, highlighting upcoming opportunities and any regular concerns that that have observed from UK bidders in the past.
